Attorneys Robert Mann and Gus Shihab are eminent domain lawyers from Columbus, Ohio. We distribute the Eminent Domain Chronicle free of charge to property owners across the state of Ohio who will or may have property taken by the Ohio Department of Transportation via eminent domain. We do this because we feel the public has a right to understand and be fully educated about their rights as property owners in these situations.

Mr. Shihab is a licensed professional engineer who previously had spent 10 years working as an engineer with ODOT, and was listed in the 2004 edition of Strathnore’s Who’s Who. Mr. Shihab is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, for attorneys who have secured verdicts of $1 million or more for their clients.  Mr. Mann was listed in the 2004 editions of Strathmore’s Who’s Who and National Registry’s Who’s Who in the field of eminent domain. Mr. Mann and Mr. Gus Shihab

have many combined years of litigation experience, and recently have handled multi-

million dollar eminent domain cases.

Although we have not previously represented you, we secured your name from public right-of-way plans obtained from the Ohio Department of Transportation. These plans showed that your land will or might be taken as part of the Franklin/Licking 161 project. If you already have counsel, feel free to share this newsletter with them.
